Corporate organizations periodically deliver live announcements to employees such as strategic updates or quarterly business results.
Reaching everyone in the company is challenging, however, due to the fact that companies often have just a few presentation rooms with
videoconference equipment. The SME100HD can be used to quickly add overflow rooms or extend presentations to employee desktops.
All that is required is to interface the SME100HD to the DVI and audio outputs of the videoconference codec, and loop them through to the
display and sound system. On networks which can support scalability with multicast streaming traffic, networked PCs can be quickly set up
for presentation access by creating a basic Web page to connect to the SME100HD.
