PCA 100 (Pipe Coupling Adapter)
Overview
The PCA 100 is a female to female pipe coupling adapter. Each end of the PCA 100 has 1½" NPSC (National Pipe Straight
Coupling) internal threads. The PCA connects two 1½" NPT male ended pipes together to create an extended pipe. The PCA
locks the pipes into place with set screws.
The PCA 100 is for use with the PMP series of projector mounting poles in combination with several other Extron projector
mounting products, such as the UPB 25 (Universal Projector Bracket), PCM 240 (Projector Ceiling Mount), ACMP 100 (Angled
Ceiling Mounting Plate), PMK 350 (Projector Mounting Kit), and the FCMP 44 or FCMP 1010 (Flat Ceiling Mounting Plates).

The maximum load the PCA will suspend is 500 lbs (227 kg).
DO NOT attempt to exceed.
Installation
To connect two pipes using a PCA adapter do the following:
1. Screw the PCA onto the end of one pipe until snug.
2. Lock the pipe into place with the set screws, using the supplied 3/32" hex key.
3. Screw the other pipe up into the PCA until snug.
4. Lock the second pipe in place with the set screws.

complete installation does NOT exceed 500 lbs (227 kg).
